DESCRIPTION:
The highest of three baronial service awards, The Order of the Golden Seine is bestowed upon those Illitonites who are judged not only to be doing more than their fair share of work for the barony but also to be consistently directing other members toward useful endeavors.

This ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and to train others to labor for the good of Illiton is what separates members of the Order of the Golden Seine from other hard-working citizens.

This honor may be granted only once to each individual.
