About the Event

Join us at an event that deals with feasting in all of its variety of formats!
All the elements that go into a feast that we can get teachers for may be offered, as long as we have the space.
Class times may vary due to content.

We hope to have some of the following offered as classes during the day:
bread making, cheese making, butter making, basic and/or advanced knife skills classes, meat butchering, how to serve, how to organize a head server,
how to decorate a feast hall, and how to budget a feast.

Some of the classes offered will contribute towards the 6 course meal shared among all attendees who join us for feast. A full listing of ingredients will be forthcoming over the next month or two. (website link to be added as soon as available). The idea is to have the some classes help produce the feast as a end result.

Best practices for food sanitization will be in use all day.
