9AM Classes – 4:00 pm to allow time to set the hall up.

Volunteering
Please see below for volunteer opportunities. If you’re interested in volunteering, please send
me an email at [email protected]. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of
sending, please feel free to reach out again. We will post more opportunities as they become
available. You can also contact me regarding any questions as well!
Clean up crew chiefs are Maire ingen Dauith and John Inchingham please email [email protected] to volunteer!
All Volunteer Opportunities:
Gate (All volunteers must be at least 18 years old and be a paid SCA member):
8AM to 10AM – 2 volunteers requested
10AM to 12PM – 2 volunteers requested
12PM to 2PM – 1 volunteer requested
Kitchen Cleaning Crew:
1PM to 3PM – 1 volunteer requested for dishes
Set-Up and Decoration of Feast Hall:
4:30PM meet in feast hall – 3 volunteers requested
Servers (Servers will receive the staff / instructor discounted site fee):
4:30PM – 10 volunteers requested
After feast:
4 volunteers requested for dishes and table cleaning
We have the site on Sunday morning as well to clean
feel free to stop by if you’re staying nearby as many hands make light work!
