  • Spanish-style roasted chicken with saffron rice
    • There will be a limited amount of a vegetarian option available using eggplant instead of chicken.

  • Spanish-style chicken
    • Chicken thighs, Spanish Chorizo
    • Carrots, Parsnips, Onions, Chickpeas
    • Chicken stock, Vegetable base, Canola oil
    • White wine, Lemon Juice, Olive brine
    • Smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, arrowroot powder
  • Vegetarian version using eggplant
