DESCRIPTION: Membership in the Order of the Winged Barbel is an honor bestowed upon gentles who are NOT Illitonites, but who nevertheless have either performed a specific and significant service for the barony or labored for the Midlands region in general on projects or tasks that ultimately benefited Illiton. This honor may be granted only once to each individual.
