DESCRIPTION:
A fountain is a roundel barry wavy argent and azure. It is a standard heraldic charge. The Eye of Illiton appears as an element in four badges registered to the barony:
1) Guard of Illiton;
2) The Order of Syrene of Illiton;
3) The Award of the Beacon of Illiton;
4) The Award of the Golden Escallop.

Roundels appear in four additional pieces of baronial heraldry:
1) The Device of the Canton of Lochmorrow includes a bezant;
2) The Award of the Golden Peal sports a plate;
3) The Order of the Golden Seine contains a bezant;
4) The Award of the Purple Pegasus includes a roundel charged with a gurges.

The Eye of Illiton is also echoed in the field designs of three badges:
1) The Award of the Otter of Illiton;
2) The Award of the Tortoise of Illiton;
3) The Award of the Salmon of Illiton.

Finally, it might be observed that field of the badge for The Order of Winged Barbel is essentially a fountain tipped sideways.
The Eye of Illiton may be used as a border decoration on scrolls for any baronial honor.
