Lochmorrow is working the new RenFaire at the 10th annual Big River Steampunk Days.
We will have sessions all 4 days. If you can help for the whole weekend or just a few hours, we need you. You can demo some and also enjoy other parts of the festival.
The arts portions are simply demonstrating any period art or science that you do. Combat demos will include tournaments for the hour shows. This is a first time Renaissance Festival so things are flexible.
If you plan on working the SCA portion of the demo, please use this form to sign up for what times you’re available and what activities you will be offering.

These are activities for the Canton of Lochmorrow at the Steampunk Festival.
The schedule is primarily designed for participants.

Friday August 30th: 11am – 5pm
11:00am – Setup begins
11:30am – 5:00pm – Information booth and arts demonstrations
2:00pm – 3:00pm – Combat demonstrations
Saturday August 30th: 10am – 6pm
10:00am – Steampunk Parade (Main Street)
11:00am – 6:00pm – Information booth and arts demonstrations
1:00pm – 1:30pm – Combat demonstrations
3:00pm – 4:00pm – What is the SCA? – Bardic Talk (Broadway Stage)
4:30pm – 5:30pm – Combat demonstrations
Sunday September 1st: 11am – 6pm
11:00am – 6:00pm – Information booth and arts demonstrations
1:30pm – 2:00pm – Combat demonstrations
3:00 – 4:00 – Combat demonstrations
Monday September 2nd: 10am – 1pm
